Head of Technical Operations Role

As RML continues to develop, Mat Harbour has moved into a new position as Head of Technical Operations, responsible for ensuring business continuity in our rapidly evolving, highly technical and frequently demanding timber engineering environment.

Offering trusses, joists, timber frame and now bespoke joinery, Robinson Manufacturing (RML) has grown its timber engineering offering significantly in recent years.

In this context, the substantial hands-on experience and detailed product knowledge Mat brings to the Technical Operations role is invaluable; allowing the business to resolve emerging technical challenges more quickly will have positive benefits for our teams as well as our customers.

Anticipating operational requirements from a technical perspective, resource planning, staff development and training all require focus as the business continues to grow:
